MECER 5KVA Inverter - connect SVolt 5,09Kwh / 48V Batteries

Good day Solar experts!! 

I hope someone can assist me. 

I have a 5KVA Mecer Axpert (48V) Inverter which I am trying to connect with 2x SVolt 5.09Kwh / 48v / 106ah Lithium Batteries (the 2x batteries are connected in parallel). 

Whenever I switch the batteries on (once connected to the Inverter) the Alarm Light on the Batteries comes on (and subsequently there in no output from the batteries). 

The setting which I have on the Mecer Inverter are as follows: 

1. SBU 2. 50A 3. UPS 4. 5d5 5. USE 6. LTE 7. t?E 9. 50 11. 10ª 12. 49V 13. 51V 16. SNU 18. 60F 19. ESP 20. LOF 22. AOF 23. byd 25. FEN 26. 55,4V Cu 27. 54,4V Flu 28. 51G 29. 47v Cu

Kindly assist with advice and/or correct settings (if that is the problem).
