November 26, 20232 yr I have three Narada 48NPFC100 batteries, each with a voltage of 48V, and one of them is experiencing an issue. When it is simply turned on, after approximately 1 minute, it deactivates, and all its lights go off. As background, I want to emphasize that this problem only occurs when the battery is turned on without being connected and consuming energy. In contrast, when it is connected and consuming energy, it stays on without turning off. I also encounter a similar issue when the battery is connected in parallel – it deactivates, and all its lights turn off. I'm experiencing the same issue as demonstrated in the following video: I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with any ideas about what the problem might be. thank you so much. November 27, 20232 yr It is normal that BMS shuts off if there is no charge or discharge current and no communication. Only 1 minute delay is a bit light, it's generally closer to 5 minutes, but it is expected.

I would like to know if there is a solution to prevent parallel-connected batteries from turning off when they are not delivering charge or discharge. I have noticed situations where all three batteries discharge simultaneously (and in that case, none of them turns off), but there are also occasions when only two or even one battery is discharging. In these circumstances, one or two batteries turn off. I had the impression that, over time, these batteries should turn on again. However, I have waited for a few minutes, and they do not turn back on. Is it normal for them not to turn back on, or should I wait longer? My common sense tells me that it is not normal and that I might be doing something wrong. I appreciate your comments and guidance in advance.
