Hi, i am in the process of setting up my home battery storage.  i have a sofar me3000sp inverter connected to 1 x us2000c and 2 x us2000b batteries.  the inverter sees all 3 batteries and they are charging and discharging fine.

i wanted to update the firmware on the batteries so i got the cable and copy of batteryview but it is very old that came with the cable.  how do i get a newer version?  when i connect the laptop to the master us2000c it sees only 1 battery the us2000b's are all connected via the link cables.  i just wondered why i only see 1 battery the one i do see is on v2.1 no idea what the 2000bs are on.

If you're updating the firmware, best practice is to do each battery individually, having disconnected it from the others.

For the most up-to-date firmware(s), you're probably best off emailing pylontech ( [email protected] ) directly.  They take a day or two to reply, but are generally pretty good in that regard.

If they're working fine, though, why take the risk of updating them?
