I have a solar backup system with the blue Goodwe inverter at home in Woodmead, Johannesburg. I'm not happy with the service received from the installer.

I've had someone else check our system and they recommend new lithium ion batteries to replace our old lead batteries. They are battling to work with the blue model and say their supplier can't support the blue ones. Seems to install new batteries settings need to be changed on the inverter and they can't do this.

Would appreciate it if anyone could recommend someone who could help with this.
