Deye 6kw inverter port ATS does not work

Good morning, I have a deye sun 6k-6g03lp1-eu inverter, I was testing the ATS port in case of disconnection to mount a relay and send the neutral to earth, I activated signal island mode but the status of the ATS port does not change, I always have 220v, the only way to turn the ATS relay on/off is manually with the on/off function in the setting, do you have any suggestions?
