Good day fellow members

I have a 16 kva single phase Deye inverter with 4 5kwh lithium batteries. The SOC about every 60 seconds changes between 84% and 71% for example. 

When hitting the relevant range minimum it engages grid charge then disengage for the next 60 seconds. On the Solarman app's graph image the spikes and lows of the SOC can be seen in short succession. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated?
