pylontech force L1 firmware upgrade

good day everyone.

I need assistance I bought second hand Pylontech Force L1 batteries. they are hooked to a Sunsynk 8kw inverter and I have 605w solar panels 8 of them. the batteries worked fine initially and I realised that lately the battery SOC and the inverter battery soc they never match and as a result the battery never gets full. is there anyone who has the firmware for this battery as well as the UTP cable set up for the upgrade. I am hoping with the firmware upgrade all this issues could go away.
