6p error code on a 3.5kw ecco inverter

Hi, i recently just bought a 3.5kw 60a MPPT built in, it was working perfectly after installation, I only left the TV and 3 lights over night, in the morning everything was off and the inverter is showing the 6P error code on screen, please help with solving this issue.
