August 15, 20241 yr Hi, first time using this software and having trouble with connection to invertor. Hardware: RPI 3b USB-RS232 converter on ftdi chip(recognized by pc correctly) RS232 -RJ45 cable. I've tried both so far, and I believe I tried all models, still no connection. I tried votronic pc software too, solarpower, no luck. Vevor support says this inverter can work with such wifi adapters, but I assume its for rs485 port https://we.tl/t-VllxbzRWzR If anyone has any advice, please share. Thanks P.S. I also wrote to solar assistant support but no answer yet.
