Deye and Dyness BMS communication problem

I have a solar system, with Deye inverter 5Kw and 2 lithium battery Dyness BX51100. MY DEYE BMS connection is always faulty once I connected my Dyness batteries.

I tried many solution described hereafter:

1- I started by switching the master battery, still blink red after turning of the system

2- I tried 1 battery by itself now issues was encountered 

3- changed all the communication cables with new straight patch cored cables still blinking red

The connection is done correct the BMS CAN port from inverter to the on port of the master dyness battery that the out port of the master to the in of the slave.(master battery switch 3 is on and the rest is off, for the slave all switches are off)

 

Can you help me to find the right solution to make my system work properly
