Meanwell TN 1500watt – 224 UPS . Asking for some help if possible.

Hi All,
I have a Meanwell inverter TN 1500watt – 224 UPS I have fixed and it basically needs to "switched on" by the PC method. Is anybody able to assist or perhaps do this for me.
This is what the manual says and I quote.

" To turn the inverter back ON, click-on the Remote on-off icon, the inverter will come back online after a “beep.” The “Remote off” indication on the
monitoring menu will change back to “Remote on” confirming the ON status.
Note： After executing Remote off, the load indicator on the TN-1500 face plate
will signal 1010 with red LED in a flashing pattern" which is exactly what is happening.
