December 26, 20241 yr Hi all 😄 I recently got a swollen US2000 battery from a client. The BMS is still good, and I'm currently looking for a solution to replace the cells that are out of order (still have voltage but swollen). The battery is out of warranty from Pylontech. I'm considering 2 solutions: - Find pouch cells of the same type and replace them with the old ones. - Find Prismatic cells that can fit in the case and modify the wires for the BMS communication. I enclose photos of the battery I received and the cells state (the battery cables were cut by the customer). Any idea are appreciated
