I have a bank of 5 Pylon US2000 Plus batteries, each 2.4 kWh, supporting 2x Luxpower 5 kW Inverters. One of the Slave batteries is showing a fault, and prevents the pack from being charged at its full current. The pack also looses about 20% of its capacity in a few minutes each night, without significant load. I suspect the faulty battery may cause this.

a. Is there anything one can do to fix the problem?

b. I live in Centurion, Gauteng (South Africa). Where can I have it tested and repaired or replaced?

Sudden drop in power visible below around 8:00 PM.
