Narada 48NPFC100 Balancing

My name is Nick, and I could really use some help, please!

I have 3 Narada 48NPFC100 lithium batteries connected in parallel to two 5kVA Axpert inverters. The issue I’m facing is that the batteries are not in sync—one of them drops out during the night, or depending on the back-to-grid voltage, the system switches to utility prematurely.

I don’t believe there’s anything wrong with the batteries themselves. One of them was tested by a solar company and confirmed to be fine. The problem seems to be that most solar installers don’t actually understand how to properly balance lithium batteries, and they all end up taking them to the same person, who charges R1500 just to test a single battery.

But testing a single battery in isolation doesn’t solve the issue—this needs to be addressed as a full system. Even if I were to send all three batteries in, that’s already R5000 upfront, and I could still end up with the same problem when everything comes back, as has happened before. It feels like a never-ending (and expensive) loop.

What I really need is someone who can come to my premises, understands how to correctly connect and balance the batteries, use the BMS software, and configure them in real time with my specific setup. This would be the most practical way to ensure everything is working as it should—without repeated trips and mounting costs, which so far haven’t delivered results.

Does anyone know of a reliable technician or specialist who can do this? I’m confident my setup has the capacity to last through the night and still have 50% remaining by sunrise—but due to this syncing issue, I keep falling back to grid power and paying Eskom unnecessarily.
