Hello, after trying to get the firmware for my inverter by sending messages to Voltronic but they don't answer me, I wonder if someone can help me since I need the firmware, I have error 01 fan but they are new and the temperatures are fine but I have the fans at 100% and they don't stop and I think it has become blocked and I have read that it is solved with the firmware, can someone help me thanks
