Hi,

We have recently installed a pylon tech LV hub to our system, we have two 8kwh sunsynk inverters in parallel, then from the LV hub we have 3 clusters ( cluster one is made up from x1 US3000c x2 US2000c and x1 US2000 plus) (cluster two and three are the same and is made up of X1 US3000c x1 US2000C and x1 US2000plus)

We are following the correct procedure with the data cable and the correct pin outs, we have also updated all firmware as,

Yet, we are receiving a red light when we connect the clusters onto the LV hub, how can we check to what is going wrong? Please help
