Hello, I have a problem with a pip 8048 max inverter which is exactly like the Easun smw 8kw.

The firmware version is U1: 46.05

The problem is that if there are panels connected to pv1 it works without a problem. If there are panels connected to pv2 it works without a problem, but if there are panels in both inputs PV 1 and pv2 the inverter consumes only from one input. It reads the voltage of both strings but consumes only from one. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
