Goodwe ES set-up options - exporting power

Featured Replies

I saw this post elsewhere evidently the Goodwe can export power even set to 0 which can shut down a pre-paid meter for a short period. Would this harm the pre-paid meter? Any other comments.

Currently you can only set it from 0 to 4kw.
I would like to limit it to -100w, meaning I would always consume 100w and not 0w.
My pre-paid meter is very sensitive for reverse current, so if there is a large shift in power, like a kettle switching off, the system can export power for a short time. That cause the pre-paid meter to disconnect power for 30 seconds.
As my whole house runs from backup power it is not a big issue, but I do not like it.

Currently the Goodwe unit has 4 modes of operation.
For each mode, they have set parameters for battery charging and discharging time.
I would like more flexible times and options, but that is just me.
For normal day to day running, it works 100%.
