May 29, 20251 yr Hi.I have some pylontech us3000C with the new chip (they have E2 or C3 in their serial numbers). I saw that the latest firmware for them is 2.4 and I was wondering if anyone has direct experience/knowledge on how it works and what changes it brings. My us3000C are at 1.7, so it's starting to be far from latest and you never know what bug fixing and improvements a new version brings since (as far as I know) there is no changelog available. Thanks
May 30, 20251 yr I can't comment on what the fixes are but can confirm that 1.7 -> 2.1 months back and then to 2.4 recently, 2.1 -> 2.4 and 2.2 -> 2.4 firmware updates were all applied successfully. No issues experienced to date.

I believe Victron uses those two values for their new charging "approach" since their VenusOS 3.50 (they do so in order to avoid the high cell voltage alarms that plague pylontech batteries). Thus I was worried that with newer firmwares Victron couldn't do that anymore. But if you can still see the "lowest cell voltage" and "highest cell voltage" in the detail section for the battery in venusos then I guess I misread or I am misremembering.
