How do I connect Fivestar batteries to Sunsynk 12kw 3ph inverter

Client have 4 x FS-D01-48250 fivestar lithium batteries and 3 x 12kw 3phase sunsynk inverters.

I am not able to get the 4 batteries to communicate via the can interface on the inverter.

Battery pin out is as follows:

1 - Trigger-gnd

2 - trigger-vcc

3 - nc

4- comm-gnd

5 - rs485-b

6 - rs485-a

7 - canl

8 - canh

I have tried pin 7 on battery side to pin 4 inverter side

Pin 8 on battery side to pin 5 on inverter side

That did not work
