Sunsynk WiFi dongle - No lights

Good day all…..

Just moved into a brand new house which has a Sunsynk solar system.

The problem is that the WiFi dongle into the inverter isn’t showing any lights so I cannot connect to it and configure any settings. Any bright ideas? Or is the dongle dead?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)

    3. Adjust your preference.
