Hi

I have 5kva luxpower inverter, 2 x 5k lithium batteries(CFE 5100s) in parallel, and 6 solar panels. When the grid goes down, the solar system will hold for a while till the batteries is around 60% and then the system goes down. Question is, why does the system go off even when the batteries are still left with 60% charge?
