Good day,

I received a Synapse 3.0V+from a client. He accidentally shorted the PV + & -.
This cause component Q46 to blow-up (the part no i can see is "IRFB...."). It is a International Rectifier component.

Can anyone give me the correct part no., please.

Hi

Search for the nearest mosfet from Q46 position. Normaly the mosfets are not alone, they are plenty and placed behind a big heatsink. If one has blow up, the other next to him should be the same and you cloud see the part number for replacement.

Also i strongly recommend you to replace all of them on the heatsink since the others mosfets could be also damaged. Check for other shorts circuits on the MPPT board (remove them from the inverter if you didn't have enough place for work on it.

For affordable price for mosfets, see on aliexpress

Good luck

Best Regards
