RCD on inverter output does not trip at plug

Good day,

I have a 3kW 24V Hybrid Must Inverter installed with both PV and AC Inputs. On the PV output, an RCD is installed which trips when the test button is pressed, but at the plug output fed downstream it does not trip using a tester. The tester has been tested on other plugs not supplied from the inverter.

The Earthing for the inverter is from the DB AC Input which is tied to the output of the inverter. Hope someone can advise on how to resolve this non-tripping RCD.
