Good day all

I currently have a 5kw Deye inverter and a Hubble AM5+ . Both is still in the box and not installed.

My house only have a West and East facing roof.

With the 5kw inverter, what would the optimal amount of panels be and their size?

I feel I might be limited on the 5kw inverter as only maby 6 panels will get sun at a time if I have like 12 total panels and 6 per string for east and west(Except if sun is at 12 position)

Would a 8kw inverter be a better option to have more panels per string on east and west roof so more panels will get sun at a time.

Hope this makes sense.
