I installed 3Hubble AM-2 batteries together with 3 Sunsynk 5-5k in parallel. All works well. I would like to add one more battery. I hear that the newer AM2’s have prismatic cells which are not compatible with my 4 year old batteries. Is this correct - do I have to source a different battery?

Kindly note that all AM-2 batteries are equipped with prismatic cells. When adding a new AM-2 battery to your system, you will only need to update the firmware on all batteries to ensure they are running the same firmware version. This allows the batteries to operate smoothly and evenly together.
