infinisolar wont go to grid tied mode with backup

hi

my infinisolar 5kw plus, has 3000w from solar panels and a pylontech battery bank. my problem is that i cannot change form grid tie mode to with backup. there is no "apply" option on the settings. how do i troubleshoot or solve this issue?
