At the moment there is what is euphemistically referred to as "load limiting" in certain areas - typically those with lots of illegal connections. This is very area specific, not country wide.

Yesterday Eskom announced that they expect three days of stage one load shedding in July. Apparently this is a downwards revision because they have done a lot of maintenance recently.
