My Axpert Vm iii 3.2kW solar inverter automatically goes to SBU mode from SUB mode while charging on Utility mode.

I have done RESET several times but issue is not yet solved. It happens after 10 to 11:00 PM only. 

I tried to re program the inverter using RS232 cable and REFLASH tool firmware but it didn't complete. Error occurred of COMMUNICATION cable.

Any suggestions or recommendations for this problem please? I am electrical power engineer and understands all terms and processes well.
