Grid tie limiter

Good day.I have a client with a Microcare inverter (Grid Tie),that is connected with a limiter,there is also a pre paid meter installed.The problem is that the limiter cause the inverter only to use 500W PV power and there is in total 3500W panels on the roof.

When you switch the limiter off then the inverter uses as much PV power for the B&B,but then the power gets subtracted from the prepaid meter.

Any suggestions?
