hybrid inverter for off-grid?

I want to install an off-grid system on my farm (to escape Eskom's line charges).

I decided on paralleling 2 kodak 7.2kw off grid inverters. Then I read the terrible reviews on Kodak / Axpert. 

It seems that Kodak is the only > 5kw off grid inverter available.

So, if I dont buy Kodak I will have to pay almost double for a hybrid inverter that I don't  need?

What do I do?
