  2. Pylontech Batteries Not Working

    Hi, I am new to this solar, inverter and battery game. I had a Mecer 5kVa Inverter, 12 x 385W panels and 3 pylontech 3000c batteries and all work perfectly for about two weeks and then the inverter started giving a "BP" error. I did a system restart as suggested with no luck, then disconnected 2 of the batteries and still no luck then we tested the inverter output to the batteries and it was dead. I have now replaced it with a Kodak 5kVa inverter with built in pylontech support and still nothing from all 3 batteries... I am dumb struck as the batteries start up they buzz and show a red light when connected and when not connected just a red light. Any help would be much appreciated!
