    The D3000 is a fine inverter. However, it will start up by +30 volts for at least one minute. This the atlas 2.0 will never reach. The only way to start up the inverter is to use additional solar panels. Then the atlas will produce a very tiny bit of power. I have installed it, and it is a scam.
