I had to replace my 5kW Sunsynk inverter after a severe lightning strike.
Both my Sunsynk batteries, while charging and working perfectly, aren't communicating with the inverter, so it looks like their CAN bus interface was damaged as well.
Before I drag 100kgs of batteries out of their cabinet, is there an easy way of testing them for CAN comms ?
When I originally installed the system, Ellies techs had to come out and work on the batteries firmware, so there must be some software and a hardware interface out there.
Can anyone assist please ?
