  1. Hi All I urgently require the services of an experienced installer who has completed successful installations of Kodak OG-7.2 inverter with the Pylontech US3000 batteries. My installer did an installation at my place and he just cannot get the battery to work for days, without disconnecting from the inverter. I really need to get this issue resolved ASAP and have a stable solution. I am based in Johannesburg. Your assistance will be highly appreciated. Kind Regards Thabo
  2. I managed to make myself a cable with the following pinouts. This error is just persistent and doesn't disappear. As a result, the battery doesn't discharge and feed power into the house. This was evident last night when I changed from SUB to SBU and we totally lost power. Inverter -----> Battery 3 ------------> 8 5 ------------> 7 Thanks
  3. I managed to get the BMS cable connect to the inverter and the Pylontech battery. Is it normal to see the error 61 on the inverter after about 5 minutes of powering the battery? If so, how long does it take to clear?

  5. Thanks for the response. I do not have a BMS cable between the inverter and the battery and for now, I only have one battery and have just procured the second US3000C battery which should be delivered by Friday.
  6. Good morning, everyone. I hope that you can help me. My installer and I are dumbstruck at the moment. Since installation of my solution, I seem to experience issues with the batteries disconnecting from the inverter. We have tried various settings without any luck. Does anyone have working settings between this inverter and the battery? Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
