Hi PowerForum, I’ve been scouring everywhere for information and always go down some rabbit hole where I think things work perfectly but I’m never quite sure. Could I get some advice or just reassurance my setup is ok? Please bear with me as this might get lengthy. I’ll try to simplify my post as much as possible though I don't think there's support for [spoiler] tags.
My setup is as follows:
The Inverters:
I have 3x 5kw Kodak (Axpert?) inverters wired in parallel as per manual, each with their own set of panels.
Inverter on the left with 6/6 400w canadian solar panels
Inverter in the middle with 6/6 400w canadian solar panels
Inverter on the right with 9/9 320w kodak panels
The Batteries:
I have 4 different sized Pylontech batteries, and two of them have their link 1 ports melted
US2000 Pylontech with Link Port 1 melted
US3000 Pylontech with Link Port 1 melted
UP5000 Pylontech new
UP5000 Pylontech new
I’m wondering if my cable sizes are safe as sometimes it feels as if the cables are running too hot. I'm using the Pylontech cable pack with 4AWG. I read somewhere I can use them for up to 5 batteries but I'm not sure. These run to a copper busbar I have installed, which feeds the 3 inverters. The blue cables are one gauge thicker than the 4AWG Pylontech cables. They measure around 11mm, outer shell included.

What bugs me here are the different sized batteries. Our installer at the time told us the Pylontech's have their own built-in load balancing which I'm also skeptical of.
I'd like to charge my batteries at the highest/safest current I can. Also I'm not sure about the float voltages or what they even mean to be honest.
I’m also really looking to get some information from my system, albeit wired or wirelessly. I have no idea where to even start with this and what equipment I need for it. My installer can't help me with it. I would like to, for instance, see how many cycles I’ve done with the batteries and so forth. Then again, how would that be possible with those two link ports that are melted.
Future plans include an extra UP5000 Pylontech. Far future plans include a 4th inverter and another UP5000
Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated, you guys know your stuff.
