If you have HV alarms on your Pylontech US2000, US3000 or US5000 batteries used with Victron, we can help you get brand new, sealed replacements directly from Pylontech. How it works: 1️⃣ You confirm that you only have HV alarms (no other errors). 2️⃣ We send you a cable to read out the log files. 3️⃣ We submit the warranty claim for you with the correct explanation. 4️⃣ Once approved, you pack the affected batteries on a pallet – Pylontech arranges pickup and sends new batteries for free.
