  1. Sorry for the delay, I was waiting to hear back from the supplier, August is when most people go on holiday in Spain. No branding seems to be normal for Voltronic Axpert inverters at least in Europe when sold as a Voltronics Axpert, I've never had or seen any branding on one they come just as you see them on their site: https://voltronicpower.com/en-US/Product/Solar-Products/Off-Grid-Inverter I agree it would make sense to brand their products but we are talking about Voltronics with their premature float bug and other issues they are aware of but just ignore. Not sure why any manufacturer would insist or expect retailers branding the manufacturers product, I guess when Apple, Nike and Ford set a precedent others will follow, until then it should be the responsibility of the manufacturer to clearly brand their own product not rely on a sticker on the side of the product. Still unable to upload the picture of the side sticker, Coulomb can you pm me an email address and I'll send it to you.
  2. here is the link to the inverter on the company I purchased it from web site and you tell me what it's called: https://tienda-solar.es/en/inverters/969-solar-inverter-charger-axpert-king-5000-48v I was unable to edit my first reply along with not being able to upload an image.
  3. Hi Coulomb, Yes I wondered if it might be a clone as well but the sticker and date match and it came from a legitimate company. I contacted the company with the two questions, Bluetooth and display firmware and after waiting a few days their "technician" replied saying something on the lines of the display firmware does not affect the bluetooth and included a link to a spanish YouTube video that included how to connect watchpower I contacted them again and explained again there are two issues, the weird display firmware and the u3 88 88 bluetooth problem and no bluetooth device I have can even find the inverter bluetooth even holding phones and a tablet next to the inverter, so there is no point telling me how to install the watchpower app until the bluetooth actually functions, I also raised the point that they may be selling fake goods as the display firmware version is so off track, that was on friday hope to hear from them next week
  4. After spending a year reading thousands of posts on hundreds of topics on Powerfourm I am well aware of the various brand names the inverter is sold under. As I have said twice already my inverter brand is a Voltronics Axpert but don't take my word for it, here is the link to the inverter on the company I purchased it from web site and you tell me what it's called: Yes, but was unable to post it and the reason I said It's not my first Voltronics Axpert inverter and I have read the topic on identifying a clone, it all looks legit. Not to mention the consequences of a company selling cloned of fake electrical goods in the EU are severe.
  5. "Just got a new Axpert king, dated April 2021, sold as a Axpert serial number and date sticker match so it seems legitimate, it came with the following firmware:"
  6. Hi everyone, Just got a new Axpert king, dated April 2021, sold as a Axpert serial number and date sticker match so it seems legitimate, it came with the following firmware: U1 71 97 U2 19 11 U3 88 88 U4 01 10 Bluetooth is not working, but I read on the forum that 88 88 indicates firmware problem, thanks Coulomb so I'll reflash that at a later date, don't plan on using it anyway, a good example of Voltronics QC My question is what is the Secondary CPU or display firmware U2 19 11 as I understand the current version is U2 02 66? I have the King hooked up to a Pylontech us2000c and USE is still a better option to PYL using version U2 19 11 as I can report it still has the warning 69 and cuts on and off PV continually. Talking of warning 69 and 61 when I first encountered them I found the answers here, thanks everyone I did contact the supplier who sent me the Voltronics king manual in PDF format it was identical to the printed version, out of date lead acid version, I guess voltronics are going to keep shipping them until they run out :eyes dudull: fortunately I got the MPP Solar version which has the Pylontech section containing warning and error codes, thanks again Coulomb I gave a copy to my supplier as he was unable to give me any information on them and I'm still waiting to hear back from him about the U2 firmware version incidentally before I tried hooking up the battery - inverter communication cable I checked the pinouts on this forum and found that the plastic plug (like the inverter socket) was wired for the battery and the metal shielded plug (like the battery socket) was wired for the inverter, :double facepalm: so if anyone is having communication problems with supplied cables check the pinouts, don't just assume the metal plug goes into the metal socket and the plastic plug goes into the plastic socket Stay safe Daedalus
