Hi No more electricity at home, it's smell in the garage like electronics component has burned. Now my inverter is in fault, F12 and F03, it show me 600V on PV1 and PV2 input. PV1 is cut and PV2 is not connected and we are at night !!! He is restarting alone every 30 seconds. Inverter was working very well since 6 month without problem. Some idea ? Thanks

Thanks 87 I had tried to register smart ess without succes. They need the wifi serial number like watchpower or the serial of inverter ? Do they need the phone number to register ? I didn't want to give mine so i'd put wrong number 😉 Do you need to confirm your registration with your phone ? Thanks

Hi, if you are using USB Stick you don't need to use software. Just put your VM3.HEX file on the usb stick Fat 32 and use USB OTG method with panel keys

I would like to buy Axpert Max II 8kW in Europe but it's really difficult to find resealler. All i can find it's in Africa. Do you know why ? I found Italian resealler but not avaible until the next year !!! Spanish have it too but not sending to French So, do you have an idea ? Thanks

Thanks Coulomb Does it mean that Axpert Inverter is a Voltronic rebranded or clone rebranded too with bad quality ? Hi 87 I can't acces too with WatchPower on RS232 Maybe my USB dongle don't work ? I had seen so many stores that put their mark on the same inverter made in China, maybe Axpert does the same and is not the actual manufacturer ??? So i'm lost 😉

Hi Everybody I'd updated my Axpert clone Main Board with USB method to 41.17 perfectly Now i want to update the display to 2.66 with RS232 method without succes. My computer don't have RS232 so i bought a dongle USB --> RS232 Driver CH340 was installed and everything is OK i suppose. When i start "Remote Panel Reflash Tool" with mcu.hex file, the connection can't be initiated. I've tried to change speed of Com port to 9600, i've tried on Win XP and Win 10 without succes. Can i try to update MCU 2.66 with USB method like with main board ??? Thanks for your help

Hi 87 Thanks for your answser. Can i set parameter 26 "Bulk Charging Voltage" to 54.6V (4.20 per cell) and ask to inverter to go back to battery mode parameter 13 at 52V ? Battery won't be charged more than 52V ? Parameter 12 will be 44V because i can't go under. I can wait on battery 1 week 😉 Each block of 300 cells haven't got more than 0.003V difference voltage between themself in the pack, i'm using 4 active equilibrer 6A because the equilibrer inside the BMS is not strong enough. All cells are the same and have the same caracteristics, it's like 13S300P 😉
