  1. Hi I'd connected my Axpert Ultra 11K to my Daly BMS with RJ45 cable and i'm using CAN bus. I have the Li-Ion indicator on inverter that mean connection is Ok I'd selected "LIB" in setup battery. I'd selected Voltronic Can Bus communication in my BMS interface. At this time, setup is OK. I have voltage but not the percentage, it stay at 0%, on my BMS it indicate 40%, so the screen on inverter after some few minute flashing red to indicate some problem. Battery is charging but setup is 10% for to stop discharge and 80% to start discharge, as no percentage is getting back inverter is in fault. Do you know what can i do ? Thanks
  2. Hi Coulomb The fuse is ok, mainboard conduction around contact are ok but the inverter give me a alert that the battery is missing so the problem will stay even if i repair and clean correctly the damaged area. Thanks
  3. Hi First, i'd tested the internal fuse, he is ok, he didn't break. I'd put away the mother board from the bow to check motherboard. Nothing appear to be burned, Mosfet seems to be good, only the place of the fuse so i don't understant what happen. Do you have a idea ? Thanks
  4. So i'd update my Ultra 11kW by isolar application. My dealer ask me my serial number, has contacted Voltronics to get code for to upload on my inverter and send me back my code. Now when you go back to application you can check "Firmware Update" and popup will ask you what you want to update and your code. Now this is my setup : MCU1 and DSP only change
  5. Hi Normally with isolar application you can udate the inverter but it's not working !!! My dealer give me code to update by application but i don't know where to put this code. I'd found also the post from Coulomb member here --> https://forums.aeva.asn.au/viewtopic.php?t=9165 But i would like to use isolar application to do it. Thanks
  6. Hi Do you know where to find this firmware ? I went to Voltronic website, nothing for firmware !!!! This is what i have. Thanks
  7. Hi I get the logfile from my burned inverter but i understand nothing ☹️ If you can see something wrong into this logfile ? But i still don't understand, the fuse inside the inverter as burned, it's a 200A. My battery pack have 175A fuse protection and didn't burn, so why the internal fuse has burned and not the external ? My BMS is a 250A so it's not him who has protected the battery pack. Thanks 03102562.TXT
  8. Hi I really don't know ? Perhaps some mosfet defect ? Perhaps bad electronics compenent ? I didn't change the setup since one year so ? Thanks
  9. Hi I'd received my new Axpert Ultra 11K so i'd open the 7.2kw. As you can see battery fuse has burned and motherboard too a little i think. What can be the problem ? it was running well since one year. So repair shop ask me 300 euros to change mother board, can i find this mother board myself and install it ? Some link ? Thanks ps : Shop can send me motherboard for 250 euros.
  10. Thanks fhocorp, je suis en région parisienne. La boutique m'annonce une réparation dans les 200-300 euros. Merci
  11. Hi Everything is ok, battery and BMS are OK. I's was working perfectly until 1 week, it was smell burned electronic component in the garage, so i think something has burned inside. So new one is needed. Thanks
  12. Hi Yes, there is battery voltage on inverter terminal. I'd check with my voltmeter and bypass BMS to be sure it's not him who is defect. Perhaps just board to replace inside ? When i will have the new i will open it to check what's wrong. Thanks
  13. Hi everybody My Axpert Max 7.2kW has lost battery detection. I'd checked battery and BMS, everythink are ok, so i think it's inverter the problem. Can i check fuse inside or it's a board who is defect ? Can i change it myself ? If yes where to find parts ? Waranty is not avaible anymore so i think i will change it by Axpert Max II 10kW but can i find better product in other brand ? Without Fan and passive heat dissipation ? What i need : 10kW, 2 MPPT and 48V battery system. Thanks for your help.
  14. Yes you are right, just adding 1S90P to my existing pack 😀
  15. Hi What about to add Li-Ion Battery to your pack to get 14S pack ? Each pack is self protected. It's 10.000mAh so for my pack (900Ah) i will need 90 cells like this, so 640 euros. It will be less expensive for you Is it good idea ? Thanks
  16. Hi It will be very expensive, for myself i will need 20 units !!!!! The best way will be to add 1S Li-Ion battery with the same capacity of your battery to your pack and to change your BMS to 14S model For myself, i will need 300 new cells and new BMS !!! Or to find better inverter that accept to go under 44V but like Coulomb has said, at 44V it's very hard to have good sine wave Thanks
  17. Hi I wanted me too to have Watchpower PC to see my inverter when i'm at home with my PC, i think it's impossible even if your WiFi module is on the same network than your PC. The only solution i found like Terminal3K is to use BlueStack like a android simulator and to use APK Watchpower. It's not the same software than PC version but it's better than nothing 😀 One day perhaps !!!
  18. Hi Yes me too i prefer to be over panelled like you said to have better production during overcast days. My battery pack can accept 500A to charge each cell at 1.67A so i can charge my full pack within 4 hours 😀 So i'm asking me if it's not a good idea to change my actual inverter by Axpert Max II 10.000 kW who can charge battery at 150A Each cell at 150A will be charged at 0.5A, it's not a lot, actually at 80A it's charging at 0.27A I would like to take all the avaible power when i have sun to keep my battery full charged for the night and for a week if i haven't go sun, i'm not living in Africa, the sun is not always here 😀
  19. Hi My Axpert Max has 2 X 4000 W input solar panel source Only 80A for charge battery setting. Does it mean if i have full sun and 8000W with my panel, i will charge at 80A my battery, so 80A x 54V will give me 4320W, if i have nothing else at my home to use the energy, i'm losing 3680W ? I'm right ? Thanks
  20. I don't understand your answer ? My Axpert Max 7.2kW can produce 230V correctly ( i didn't check the sinusoidal ) with 44VDC from battery before to come back to grid. It's the material inside the inverter who can't produce 230V if voltage is under 44VDC and not only the setting inside the firmware ? Thanks
  21. Hi All the Axpert Inverter i get or i will get won't let you go under 44V to go back to grid. This is ok when you are using lead acid battery but not with Li-Ion battery I'm using 13S packs and with this setting, i only discharge my cells to 3.38V 3.2V should be a good setting for the li-ion cell, so i would like to apply 41.6V on my axpert but impossible !!! I'm using 43.2kWh pack, with this setting i'm losing capacity. I know, i should build 14S pack but at the begenning i didn't know the setting of Axpert Inverter. I know too that with this setting i will have my pack secure in the time life. So i ask me if it's not possible to modify the firmware or ask to axpert support to have this setting avaible ? Thanks
  22. Hi My inverter has been repaired, the main motherboard has been changed. Shop send me pictures about it but not really tell me wich parts has burn. Except that in parameter 13, back to discharge, i'd put 48V, they tell me it's too low when my battery is under charge and after no charge, voltage drop over 48V and inverter switch to bypass and so on, too many time, they suggest me to use 50V as parameter, if i do nothing they said it will append again in 6 or 12 month !!! So now i'm afraid that it append again ;-( Do you know wich part on the mother board has burn and some idea why ? Is it really because of parameter 13 too low ? Thanks
  23. Shop has answered me, i must send back to them the inverter, it will cost me shipping to international, shit, no more free electricity !!! 😀
