Hi all, hope someone can help please, I have had the Axpert (King) i think 3kw inverter running on Lead acid for a few years, I just purchased a pylontech 2500 and am having problems I get an error after about 1 or 2 min on the inverter it looks like 61 with the little warning symbol to the right of the number, I cant find this error in the manual Also, i was hoping to use the CAN Bus to connect the Pylontech to the inverter but in the manual it says the RJ45 marked LIPO is not enabled??? any ideas? Please

Hi once battery gets to 22v it switches off output but does not switch it back on when voltage gets to 24 as set in parameter settings I am off grid so no backup power to inverter Any idea why please David

Hi, Can someone tell me if Watchpower fr PC can connect to the axpert wmiii via the wifi module, i ave the wifi module installed and working with watchpower for android but cant get the windows version to do anything, and the SNMP program does nothing , all options grayed out. i must be missing something but it has me beat

Is watchpower still available? if so where as all the links i find go to opti something and say page not found What is the password for the SNMP module ? everything is grayed out and instructions dont seem to help Thanks David

Hi new to this forum but hope someone can help, I have just installed the Axpert VMIII 3000 and have been trying to download the log to USB, all goes well up to the last step when you confirm download at this point i get an audibly continuous alarm and screen locks up, inverter is still running, the only way to clear is to pull the usb dive Software is 47. 00 U1 02.61 U2 and 00,24 U3 Can i upgrade to 47,17 from usb? and can i do it while not connected to the grid/Utility power ie on battery power as getting grid power to the inverter is not easy as it is installed in a field!! Hope someone can help as getting frustrated Also any recommendations for BT monitoring as Watch power is also less than ideal,
