  1. Pylontech US3000c Firmware Error

    I'm new to the forum, so please bear with me. I recently added a US3000c to my US3000A. I have done the firmware upgrade on the A without issue, using a cable from Centurion Solar. The problem comes when I try to do the C. I'm using the C cable that came with my Raspberry Pi for the C. Battery View reports. "The name of selected file is conflicted with the device name". I have asked tech at Segen, but no ideas. I made up a different cable as per other threads, but same issue. I tried the V1.8, v1. 9 and v2. 1(from forum). All report the same error. Any ideas?
