    Good day, how are you? We are experiencing a challenge with one of our installations consisting of a 5kva Growatt SPF-5000 and Pylontech US3000 lithium-ion battery, the inverter is failing to bring in the utility to charge the battery when its voltage drops. May you kindly assist us on how we may rectify this...
