    hi my 2 pylontech 2000d batteries have both discharged after 10 months the company i bought my storage system off Triple Solar Ltd they refuse to help me they refuse to answer my emails and phone calls i just wanted replacements i feel helpless and dont know what to do do you think my insurance company would payout for replacement batteries ? thanks david
