  1. Growatt SPF 5000TL HVM BMS does not support parallel connection of Pylontech batteries

    Hi, I'm really battling to get the latest firmware for my growatt spf5000-es inverters and also not getting my setup correct for bms. I'm assuming it's because I don't have the rs485 can hub in place and trying to run off an old switch. Also battling to get my solar to charge beyond the 2540watt mark although I have a bank of solar that can output 5460watts but seems to limit on 18amps. Got two us3000 and two us30000c batteries hence I want to see if I can update my firmware. Not sure how yet but will figure it out once I got it via USB to pc. My email address is also [email protected] if anyone has personal experience with the growatt model and the battery types and some tips on getting bms working. Network cables might also be the factor as I tried many crimp styles as per forums.
