  1. Synapse inverter 48v setup

    I have a synapse5.0+ inverter with a 4.8kw Lithium Ion battery, when the utility goes off and it provides power from the battery, i get error 4 code on the screen (low battery) but the battery is fully charged, even tho it keeps supplying power to my house for 2 hours +from the battery, is this normal or how can i fix this, thank you
