  1. could you elaborate?
  2. think so, but it happens even when eskom is live and lights/plugs are running from the battery.
  3. Does anyone know how to get this inverter to regulate it's output voltage better? Currently dimmable LED bulbs are flickering when powered by the inverter (they're fine in mains bypass mode) Also, when the fridge turns on, all the lights dim and the TV occasionally restarts. It seems like it's not responding quickly enough to the load spikes.
  4. Seriously done with hubble at this point. My AM2 tripped at 55% - one of the cells was at it UVP voltage, so guess it's toast. Has anyone had success getting a refund from them?
  5. Hi Guys, Trying to diagnose a strange (and possibly minor) issue with a sunsynk 5k inverter and was hoping someone might have seen this before. It appears the inverter draws abour 50W to power its self (understandable) but what doesn't make sense is that sometimes it will draw that power from the battery, and other times from the mains. This can be seen in the attached pic at around 3AM. at that time, the battery is below it's % for that timeslot, so the mains should be used, which it is for the load, however there's a small draw (around 50W) during that time which drains the battery by about 3% What makes it even stranger is that the inverter seemingly randomly decides which one will power it (this can be seen at around 21:30 when the 50w load jumps from the mains to the battery. Any ideas?
  6. well... hopefully. we'll see over the next week or so.
  7. Have an issue with SoH dropping to 40% after a few weeks. Sent into hubble and apparently they found an incorrect firmware version (2.04). Has anyone had this experience and collected a working battery? Unsure what firmware they put on it.
  8. Also having issues with my AM2 BMS reports 'full capacity' at 45Ah after 2 months and only getting 2kWh from it. only 20mV between the highest and lowest cells, so dont think balancing's the issue here. I have a firmware update from hubble, not sure if this will fix anything or if i'll need to take it in for a replacement.
