Hi Everyone. I am new to the forum and to solar power... would appreciate your guidance on the below matter. I recently installed a Kool energy 5.5KW inverter with 1 x Shoto 5.12 KWh lithium ion battery. The system is fed from grid or panels (9 x 400W). I have set the preference as: Solar - Grid - Battery. Since installation I have noticed that the battery does not maintain floating voltage (54V). The inverter is set to charge the battery at 56.5V. Once this is complete, the battery stabilises at 53.4V and over a period of 3 days, drops to 52V (without any observed usage). At this point, it is already in alarm status while the inverter is showing the battery to be at 85% capacity. The supplier is clueless - he has tried out different batteries but the same phenomena is observed. Is this normal? Is it possibly related to the settings on the inverter. Any help with be much appreciated.
