  1. At night here there is no solar, my settings are that if no solar or batteries low stay on utility till it reaches 27volt, as stated, so it is charging and it was 24 volt it then should go all the way up to 27 volt before going back to batteries, so in that case at say 25 watt (3 kVA models might be as much as 25 W) it would not be down to 23.7 in the morning if it would have been charging according to my calculations, so that is the curious part here. not it was not starting to charge, looking for a gremlin.
  2. Hi I got apparently a clone POWLAND 3000Kva 2400w 24v 230vac Solar Inverter 40A MPPT Solar Charger 25A Charger, it is one of those all-in ones which can act as a charger and ups at the same time, it is set to do charge from panels first then battery and then mains if nothing else is available. I have set the voltage to return to mains battery charging when the voltage drops to 23.5 volts and return back when the battery reaches 27 volts. Lately, i go to sleep and the battery is at 24 volts and charging from mains, no equipment is on or drawing any power, yet the next morning the battery reads 23.7 and not charging from mains, so is it not charging, how can it go from 24 volts charging with no power draw to 23.5? should it not be staying right up near the 27-volt mark? Solar panels are protected by inline diodes, in addition of their own inbuilt ones, to prevent solar panels from discharging the batteries. Any ideas welcome.
  3. no problem staying away, it was where we are never hot any way.
  4. Nuts so that is not what listed in my manual,02 is over temperature.
  5. Hi i got apparently a clone POWLAND 3000Kva 2400w 24v 230vac Solar Inverter 40A MPPT Solar Charger 25A Charger, My hybrid inverter is showing this fault code [20] with a warning triangle, please see attached picture. It is now not working at all, no outgoing voltage just showing fault code but the fan is working, all the incoming voltages are good, but it has locked up. This code is not in the manual, so I was hoping somebody knows what this means. Thanks

  7. Hi i have a hybrid with build in mppt and i am looking to connect an additional different solar panels with a lower wattage and facing so i can catch morning sun. apparently the second one can pull down the wattage so i was advised to use a different mppt, can i just connect the out putt for the second mmpt to the existing solar string so it becomes a parallel and then connect into input for the pv of the hybrid inverter? Thanks
  8. Hi The event log in the watchpower program, does it only work whilst the program is running with a computer, or will it pull in events stored on the hybrid inverter when the program is started? It is just I can not see any events when running the program. Thanks
