    Hi Everyone I am new to solar and batteries ,so any help would be appreciated .I have a 200ah gel battery it is 5 months old and I want to add another one in parallel to have 400ah at 12v.But II have read up that you cant mix batteries of different ages together .If I get the same brand battery with the same 200ah capacity, will mixing a new battery with a 5 month old battery be ok ,because I cant afford to buy 2 new batteries. Thank in advance David
